You’re a Founder or CEO of a B2B SaaS company $2-4M with strong signs of product-market fit.

Not sure if you’re at product-market fit? Book a strategy call. Bonus points if more than 40% of your customers say they’d be upset if they could no longer use your product (hint, hint).

Your Average Revenue Per User or Account is at least $10K/yr.

No consumer products, please. My sweet spot is B2B products with a light-to-high touch inside sales model.

You have at least one “jack-of-all-trades” demand/growth/revenue marketer on your team.

Having an in-house B2B marketer is necessary if I’m helping with ongoing growth efforts versus just strategy.

Instead of an hourly rate, I offer my best-consulting services as low-risk, fixed-price packages. This way a prospective client understands what they’re going to receive and exactly how much it will cost. It also reduces their risk because they can commit to a smaller package without having to pay top dollar or make any serious commitments. Don’t see a package that meets your needs? “Can you help us write content and manage our marketing channels?”

My strengths are in strategy, growth and building teams. If you purchase my CMO On-Demand package you will receive hands-on support, which can include writing copy and some channel management. That said, you should have someone more junior manage the day-to-day tactical work.
